About the Role

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to manage and lead a DevOps team in a hands-on capacity, within a broader group encompassing several DevOps teams. In this role, you'll drive the DevOps vision across the organization, leading the development and implementation of DevOps processes based on requirements defined by multiple projects. You'll own the design and maintenance of agile, fast-paced processes across the full software development lifecycle, leveraging advanced tools and technologies while continuously optimizing and improving existing workflows. You'll also support development and integration teams throughout release processes to both development and customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a DevOps team, combining leadership with hands-on technical work.
• Drive the adoption, development, and implementation of DevOps practices across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain agile, efficient processes throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Continuously identify and implement process optimizations using modern tools and technologies.
• Support development and integration teams during release cycles to dev and customer environments.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – a significant advantage.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading a DevOps team (5+ team members).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Experience with configuration management using Git.
• Scripting experience in Bash / Python.
• Experience working with Linux / Windows environments.
• Experience with Docker containers.
• Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure (familiarity with OpenShift – an advantage).
• Experience working with HELM.
• Experience with IaC-based configuration management tools such as Ansible / Terraform – an advantage.
• Familiarity with the DevSecOps world – an advantage.
• Experience working with public (AWS) and private cloud environments – an advantage.
