Data Analyst | Shfela Area

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Data Analyst for a leading organization in the Shfela area.

The role includes hands-on work across Data and Analytics, from understanding business needs to planning, building, and implementing technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

Work extensively with SQL and databases

Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics

Build Data Analytics processes and analyze complex data

Work with BI tools and advanced Data technologies

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams

Take business needs and challenges from end to end, translate them into technological solutions, and implement them

Ensure high quality across data and processes

Requirements:

Approximately 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a technical, hands-on Data or BI role

Strong SQL experience, including complex queries, optimization, and database work

Hands-on experience with Tableau, including report and dashboard development

Experience building, developing, and implementing Data Analytics solutions and processes

Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and business rules

Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, Data Models, and Data Warehouse environments

Experience with Cloud environments, particularly Databricks and Azure, is a significant advantage

Experience with Python and AI solutions is an advantage
