The Missile & Space Systems Division is looking for an Electronic Warfare Techniques Researcher.
Key Responsibilities
•Defining requirements for Electronic Warfare (EW) techniques, including research into relevant threats in relation to operational needs
• Defining requirements for electro-optical countermeasures, including research into relevant threats in relation to operational needs
• Defining and developing Electronic Warfare techniques
• Supporting the implementation of operational techniques in systems
• Defining and overseeing technique testing plans
• Conducting research on EW techniques from a broad perspective, covering the full range of mechanisms and techniques
• Supporting the development of electro-optical countermeasures
• Developing independent simulation tools, as well as tools within existing simulators, for the research and development of techniques
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Software Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Physics / Exact Sciences – Mandatory
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Exact Sciences – An Advantage
• Experience in developing Electronic Warfare techniques – Mandatory
• Experience in developing electro-optical countermeasures
• Experience in performance analysis / data analysis / conducting simulations
• Knowledge and experience in algorithms / AI systems
• Knowledge and experience in high-level programming languages such as Python and MATLAB
