Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a hands-on Data Analyst for a leading organization in the Shfela area

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into end-to-end technological data solutions

Work extensively with SQL and databases

Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs

Build Data Analytics processes and analyze complex datasets

Work with BI tools and advanced data technologies alongside business and technology teams

Ensure high quality across data and analytics processes

Requirements

Around 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a technical Data or BI role

Strong SQL skills including complex queries, optimization, and database work

Hands-on Tableau experience including reports and dashboards

Experience building and implementing Data Analytics solutions and processes

Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and business rules

Knowledge of ETL or ELT processes, data models, and Data Warehouse environments

Cloud experience, particularly Databricks and Azure, is a significant advantage

Python and AI solutions experience is an advantage
