We’re looking for a BI Development & Services Department Manager!

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced BI & Data professional who combines strong technical expertise, people leadership, architectural thinking, and business orientation.

As the BI Development & Services Department Manager, you will lead BI development teams, drive enterprise-wide data and analytics solutions, and shape the organization’s technology roadmap across BI, DWH, Data Integration, and emerging Data & AI capabilities.


What will you do?

  • Lead and provide professional guidance to BI development teams, while developing the department’s technical and human capital
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the development, implementation, and maintenance of DWH and analytical information solutions
  • Lead data integration solutions and data movement between operational and business systems
  • Drive solutions for processing, extracting, and classifying information from diverse structured and unstructured data sources
  • Define and plan solution architectures for projects under the department’s responsibility, aligned with business needs and organizational standards
  • Lead complex technology projects from requirements and design through development, implementation, and production
  • Manage relationships with business stakeholders, technology units, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Own work plans, budgets, resources, priorities, and performance monitoring in line with organizational goals
  • Promote innovation and the adoption of advanced Data & AI technologies


What are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions
  • 5+ years of experience managing BI development teams, including BI team leads and managers
  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide technology projects
  • Experience defining and leading technology solutions from business need through implementation
  • Proven experience managing work plans, budgets, resource allocation, priorities, and performance
  • Strong understanding of BI, Data, DWH, integration, and enterprise information environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to connect business needs, technology, people, and execution
