Mertens, part of MalamTeam, is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer for a government organization in Jerusalem

The role includes leading the development and maintenance of Full Stack systems and applications for digital services in local government, from requirements analysis and solution design through production launch

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of Full Stack systems and applications

Develop Front End and Back End solutions

Work with databases and REST APIs

Lead complex integrations between systems

Lead the development team

Collaborate with architecture and information security teams

Manage external vendors

Support QA processes and production launches

Requirements

More than 4 years of experience in software development and Full Stack development

Experience with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and Angular

Experience working with REST APIs, SQL, and MongoDB databases

Experience leading complex integrations and collaborating with architecture and information security teams

Experience leading a development team, managing vendors, and supporting development, QA, and production launch processes
