What we’re looking for is a Data Scientist who knows how to turn these models into real business solutions — someone who can fine-tune, experiment, analyze data, think creatively, and build ML/AI solutions that make a measurable impact.

What you’ll do

🔹 Develop end-to-end ML and AI solutions — from research, data source mapping, EDA, Feature Engineering, descriptive statistics and exploratory analysis, through algorithm selection, model development, and training using ML and GenAI methodologies.

🔹 Work hands-on with GenAI technologies — including LLM Fine-Tuning, Embeddings, Vector Stores, and RAG.

🔹 Deploy models to production in close collaboration with ML Engineers, DevOps, and software development teams.

🔹 Monitor model performance — identify model drift and deviations, and retrain models when needed.

🔹 Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, present findings, and translate data-driven insights into practical business solutions.

🔹 Lead initiatives to improve ML/AI methodologies and workflows across the team and organization.

What we’re looking for

✔️ B.Sc. or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field — required

✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist — required

✔️ Strong proficiency in Python and leading ML libraries — required

✔️ Strong proficiency in SQL — required

⭐ Experience with GenAI and LLM technologies — a significant advantage
