We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for Engineering & AI Systems to join the Software Division at ELTA Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

The position includes:

• Developing, maintaining, and expanding software solutions for engineering systems, with a focus on PLM, configuration management, and mechanical/electronic CAD environments

• Developing and maintaining Web applications and Full Stack solutions

• Developing extensions, integrations, and applications for engineering systems such as Teamcenter, MCAD, and ECAD

• Developing user-facing applications using React and Angular

• Developing in Linux environments using Python and writing KSH/Bash scripts to support development and automation processes

• Working with databases and integrating software solutions with enterprise systems

• Developing and maintaining interfaces between engineering systems and other organizational systems

• Taking professional ownership of the AI domain within the team, including identifying and implementing AI-based solutions for engineering and configuration management processes

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field – Mandatory

• 2–3 years of experience in Full Stack development – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with C++, C#, React, and Angular – Mandatory

• Experience working in Linux environments – Mandatory

• Experience working with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server – Mandatory

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), MCP Servers, and Agentic AI – Mandatory

• Experience developing in Python – Significant Advantage

• Experience writing KSH, Bash, or Shell scripts – Advantage

• Experience developing REST APIs and software integrations – Advantage

• Experience with Git and CI/CD – Advantage

• Experience working with complex systems and cross-system integrations
