Mertens MalamTeam is looking for an Android Mobile Technology Lead to join a leading financial organization in Central Israel

The role combines technological and architectural leadership with hands-on development of innovative solutions across the organization’s digital channels

Responsibilities

Lead the technology and architecture of Mobile development teams and cross-platform projects in an Agile environment

Develop and implement innovative Mobile solutions using Android, Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD

Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, QA, and external vendors while driving professional standards and high code quality

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience developing NativeAndroid applications using Kotlin and Java

At least 2 years of experience managing development teams and leading technology teams

Experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, and Data Binding

Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD processes

Deep understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or MVP architectures
