What will you do at SuperPlay?:

• Test & Examine New Models: Actively research, test, and evaluate new AI models and tools across different disciplines (such as 2D art, 3D animation, and more) to see how they can improve our pipelines.
• Train & Guide: Train employees on new tools, onboard new employees to our AI workflows, and provide hands-on, one-on-one guidance to ensure artists work efficiently.
• Build Workflows: Design and implement effective AI work processes using a variety of platforms such as ComfyUI, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other advanced platforms.
• Technical Creation: Train custom LoRAs and utilize LLMs (like ChatGPT and Gemini) for prompt engineering and process optimization.
• Teamwork & Ownership: Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team where we help each other succeed. At the same time, you will take full ownership of your specific tasks. We trust you to execute them in the best possible way from start to finish.

• AI Knowledge & Experience: Hands-on experience and strong familiarity with AI art generation tools (specifically Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI) as well as LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• The "Artistic Eye": A strong visual sense with the ability to maintain art consistency, identify different art styles, and understand visual nuances.
• Training & Communication: A true "people’s person" who enjoys explaining technical concepts, guiding individuals patiently, and training teams.
• Reliability & Responsibility: A highly dependable individual who takes their tasks seriously, follows through on commitments, and can be trusted to deliver quality results.
