CodeValue is looking for an experienced Java Developer to join a large-scale project delivered by CodeValue for a government organization in Israel.

The role involves developing and maintaining enterprise information management systems, working with search-based solutions, NoSQL databases, open-source technologies, and GenAI capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering diploma, or a BA degree combined with a 300+ hour technology course in Information Systems, or graduate of a technological unit in the Israeli military.
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Proven experience with Java development
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience working with NoSQL databases
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree/certification
• Experience developing enterprise information management systems
• Experience with the design and implementation of systems based on enterprise search engines
• Experience working with open-source development models and technologies
• Familiarity with Lotus Notes / Domino / Web and Client environments
• Experience integrating GenAI capabilities
• Candidates residing in Jerusalem and the surrounding area are preferred
