Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Data Systems Analyst to join a leading financial organization in Petah Tikva. This is an excellent opportunity to lead data analysis and system design initiatives while working with modern Data, BI, and AI technologies in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead data analysis and requirements gathering processes with business and technology stakeholders

Translate business requirements into advanced data solutions

Support end-to-end Data projects from analysis through implementation

Write functional and technical specification documents

Perform data analysis and work with core enterprise systems

Design and analyze ETL and ELT processes, including Source-to-Target mapping

Work with SQL, ETL, ELT, BI, DWH, AWS, Informatica, Tableau, and Power BI

Contribute to Data and AI innovation and modernization initiatives

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Data Systems Analysis, BI, DWH, or Data Analytics

Strong hands-on experience writing advanced SQL queries

Experience designing ETL or ELT processes and performing Source-to-Target mapping

Experience working with business stakeholders and leading requirements gathering and analysis processes

Familiarity with AWS and BI tools such as Informatica, Tableau, or Power BI – significant advantage
