Join the Space Factory within the Missile & Space Systems Division and become part of a unique team developing advanced hybrid systems that integrate satellite hardware with real-time space environment simulation software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop next-generation hybrid systems for new satellite and space projects
• Work with a unique system integrating satellite hardware with space environment simulation software
• Develop, maintain, integrate, and test simulations using C, C++, Python, and MATLAB
• Develop and maintain Real-Time simulation infrastructure on LINUX RT platforms
• Work with C++ and Embedded Linux in Real-Time environments
• Develop and work with drivers and hardware interfaces
• Support experiments, including user training, troubleshooting, and fault identification at both infrastructure and satellite levels.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Exact Sciences – mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in Real-Time / Real-Time Embedded development – mandatory
• Experience with C++ development in Embedded environments – mandatory
• Experience with Linux / Embedded Linux / FreeRTOS – mandatory
• Experience working with Makefiles – mandatory
• Experience with drivers / device drivers – advantage
• Experience with hardware interfaces and communication protocols such as UART, Ethernet, and SPI – advantage
• Experience working with lab equipment and hardware – advantage
• Knowledge of digital and analog circuits, including ADC / DAC – advantage
• Strong self-learning ability, motivation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
