ELTA Systems is looking for a Multidisciplinary Systems Development Engineer to join the Engineering and Systems Division.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop complex integrated systems, combining multiple engineering disciplines in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

What the Role Includes:

• Technical and managerial responsibility for projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from system architecture definition, through development and integration, to final delivery to the customer.

• Development of multidisciplinary systems incorporating mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, control systems, and RF technologies.

• Management and coordination of internal and external subcontractors.

• Leading technical processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with specialization in Power Engineering (Strong Current) – mandatory.

• Electrical Engineer / Chief Electrician license – an advantage.

• Experience in multidisciplinary system development – an advantage.

• Experience in electrical system design – an advantage.
