Role Overview

Lead and mentor development teams in an Agile environment while taking ownership of a mission-critical enterprise system. The role includes driving code quality, collaborating with architects, modernizing legacy applications, and leading the adoption of best development practices and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, and WebForms, including current hands-on experience with WebForms

• Proven experience working in large enterprise environments, such as banks or insurance companies, supporting and enhancing critical legacy systems

• Strong expertise in SQL Server, Stored Procedures, performance optimization, IIS, and integration with Web Services, WCF, SOAP, and REST

• Experience leading development teams, conducting Code Reviews, preparing technical designs, and working in Agile environments

• Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and CI/CD
