We're looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our R&D team and play a hands-on role in building, improving, and maintaining the core of RavenDB. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, working on highly scalable systems, and contributing to a sophisticated database engine, we'd love to meet you

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the RavenDB database engine
• Build high-performance, scalable server-side features using .N
• ET. Solve complex technical challenges related to distributed systems and databases
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers to design new capabilities and improve existing architecture
• Take ownership of features from design through implementation, testing, and delivery
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in server-side development using .NET /C#
• Experience working with distributed systems or distributed environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new technologies and technical domains.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of operating systems and low-level concepts.
