Backend Developer

Location: Caesarea

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our software development team. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and system-level components in a multi-platform environment, with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate is a strong senior developer with hands-on experience in C# / .NET, comfortable working on both Windows and Linux, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience using AI-assisted software development tools is also required as part of the modern development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend software components and services.
• Work with C# / .NET in Windows and Linux environments.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.
• Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and system engineers.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Contribute to software quality, testing, documentation, and release processes.
• Support integration with external systems, devices, protocols, or infrastructure components.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity and software quality.
• Promote best practices in software development, code quality, and system design.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong experience with C# / .NET.
• Experience developing software for Windows environments.
• Experience developing software for Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, services, and system integration.
• Experience with multi-threading, networking, file systems, and performance-sensitive applications.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools as part of the development workflow, including code generation, code review, debugging support, refactoring, and technical documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide practical solutions.
• Experience with source control systems, preferably Git.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and release processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
