Join ELTA Systems and help develop the next generation of AI-powered defense technologies.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, architecting, and developing advanced AI-based software solutions, including Autonomous AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, while transforming innovative Proof of Concepts into scalable production-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, architect, and develop Autonomous AI Agents

• Design and implement advanced Multi-Agent AI systems

• Transform innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs) into scalable, production-ready solutions

• Design and integrate AI Agent capabilities into existing products delivered to customers

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver advanced AI-based solutions

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience – mandatory

• Strong Python development experience – mandatory

• Proven hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning – mandatory

• Experience developing Generative AI applications and advanced Prompt Engineering – mandatory

• Hands-on experience with AI Agent frameworks and Autonomous Agent development – mandatory

• Experience working with Vector Databases (Vector DBs) – advantage

• Background in defense systems, preferably radar or communication systems – advantage

• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, leadership potential, and excellent teamwork skills
