Senior Systems & Software Engineer | Gush Dan
Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Senior Systems & Software Engineer to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area
The role includes end-to-end architectural ownership of the HITBER project, from detailed requirements through full production deployment, while designing secure, scalable systems and leading complex integrations across enterprise platforms and AI services
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and delivery of the HITBER project from requirements through production deployment
Design and develop High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation
Collaborate closely with Information Security and Infrastructure teams
Lead complex integrations between development teams, backend components, and internal and external AI engines, including AI Scoring Services
Design and support Fallback mechanisms and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) models
Design secure distributed data models based on pseudonymous keys with complete separation of Protected Health Information (PHI)
Design secure enterprise architectures with a strong focus on privacy, encryption, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience in software architecture, complex systems analysis, and writing functional and technical HLD and LLD documentation
Significant experience designing and developing systems where information security, encryption, and privacy regulations are core architectural requirements
Deep knowledge of advanced encryption technologies, including AES-256 for databases and objects, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and HSM/KMS key management
Strong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL, including complex query development, as well as NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Proven expertise designing and integrating secure APIs using GraphQL and REST within distributed enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of XML and JSON Schema validation and implementing Positive Security enforcement at the API Gateway level
