RPA Developer | Central Israel

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an RPA Developer to join a leading organization in Central Israel

The role includes developing, maintaining, and implementing enterprise automation solutions using UiPath across core systems, Back Office operations, and a wide range of business processes

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and implement automation solutions using UiPath

Work on core business processes, Back Office operations, and cross-organizational workflows

Read and understand business and technical specifications

Perform QA testing and validate automation solutions

Upgrade and optimize existing automation processes

Monitor robot activity and resolve operational issues

Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders

Work with UiPath, APIs, JavaScript, VBA, SQL, AS400, and AI models

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience developing automation solutions with UiPath

Experience reading, understanding, and writing business and technical specifications

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, VBA, SQL, and APIs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience performing QA testing with a high level of accuracy and self-review

Familiarity with legacy systems such as AS400

Knowledge of .NET, Python, C#, and AI models is an advantage
