Mertens - Malam Team is looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure and ServiceNow Specialist to join a large public sector organization in Jerusalem and manage the operation implementation maintenance and ongoing support of its ServiceNow platform and cloud infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Manage implement maintain and operate the ServiceNow platform

Implement and support ITSM ITOM and APM modules

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technological solutions

Design build and manage workflows in ServiceNow

Operate infrastructure across On Premises AWS and GCP environments

Manage user permissions backups and system monitoring

Collaborate with cross functional teams and vendors in Israel and abroad

Ensure high availability stability and optimal system performance

Requirements

More than 4 years of experience working with public cloud environments

Hands on experience with the ServiceNow platform

Experience implementing and supporting ITSM ITOM and APM modules

Familiarity with ITIL methodology and its implementation within ServiceNow
