We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI solutions in a Microsoft-first environment.

This senior role combines architectural leadership with deep technical involvement—from translating business requirements and designing scalable solutions to developing POCs, conducting architecture and code reviews, and supporting delivery teams through production.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in enterprise Solution Architecture
• Deep hands-on expertise in Databricks and Azure Data platforms
• Strong Power BI expertise, including semantic models, DAX, Power Query, governance, and performance optimization
• Experience with Databricks AI solutions and Copilot Studio
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL, ETL/ELT, and dimensional modelling
• Proven experience leading POCs and solutions from design through production
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and compliance
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working with global teams
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow, Purview, or Key Vault - a strong advantage
