DevOps Engineer – Automic Platform

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Broadcom Automic Automation to join our Platform Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Broadcom Automic Automation platform.
• Lead the migration of hundreds of production processes into Automic.
• Develop and maintain Jobs, Workflows, Schedules, Calendars, and Agents.
• Monitor production workloads, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, access management, and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
• Automate manual processes and create technical documentation.
• Contribute to DevOps activities, including scripting, CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Broadcom Automic Automation.
• Strong experience with Jobs, Workflows, Agents, and workload scheduling.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Batch).
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, networking, and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership.

Advantage

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
• Background working in production environments and critical systems.
