Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Android Mobile Tech Lead to join a leading financial organization in Central Israel

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the technological and architectural direction of Mobile development teams drive innovative digital solutions and lead cross platform projects in an Agile environment

Responsibilities

Lead the technological and architectural direction of Mobile development teams

Develop and implement innovative solutions across the organization’s digital channels

Manage development processes and lead cross platform projects in an Agile environment

Work with Android Kotlin Java Jetpack Compose RESTful APIs GraphQL and CI CD

Collaborate with Development Architecture Infrastructure Information Security QA teams and external vendors

Drive professional standards and maintain high code quality

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience developing Android applications using Kotlin and Java

At least 2 years of experience managing development teams and leading technology teams

Experience with Android Studio Jetpack Compose ViewModel LiveData and Data Binding

Experience with RESTful APIs GraphQL and CI CD processes

Deep understanding of MVVM Clean Architecture or MVP
