לצוות מערכות המידע שלנו בקיבוץ סאסא דרוש.ה מפתח.ת אינטגרציות, דאטה ו־BI לתפקיד פיתוח מרכזי המחבר בין מערכות הארגון, מקורות הנתונים והתהליכים העסקיים.

התפקיד משלב פיתוח אינטגרציות בין מערכות לצד עבודה עם דאטה, אנליטיקה וכלי BI. במסגרת התפקיד תעסקו בפיתוח ממשקים, טיוב נתונים, בניית מדדים והנגשת מידע באמצעות דוחות ודשבורדים.

המשרה ממוקמת בקיבוץ סאסא, בגליל העליון.

תחומי אחריות

• פיתוח, תחזוקה ושיפור של ממשקים בין מערכות ארגוניות.
• פיתוח אינטגרציות המבוססות על API, שירותי רשת, קבצים, טבלאות ומנגנוני העברת נתונים.
• עבודה מול אורקל, מערכות PLM ומערכות ארגוניות נוספות.
• ניתוח תקלות בממשקים, ביצוע בדיקות, ניטור ושיפור יציבות התהליכים.
• טיוב, עיבוד וארגון נתונים ממערכות תפעוליות.
• פיתוח ושדרוג של דוחות, דשבורדים ומדדים עסקיים.
• בניית שאילתות, Views ושכבות נתונים לצורכי דיווח ובקרה.
• הנגשת מידע למנהלים ולמשתמשים בהתאם לצרכים העסקיים.
• עבודה מול ספקים, משתמשים וצוותי מערכות מידע פנימיים.
• בחינה ושילוב של כלי BI, אנליטיקה ופתרונות AI מתקדמים.

דרישות

• תואר או הכשרה מקצועית רלוונטיים בתחום התוכנה, מערכות המידע או הדאטה.
• ניסיון בפיתוח אינטגרציות בין מערכות.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם API ו־Web Services.
• היכרות עם Swagger או OpenAPI.
• ידע טוב ב־SQL.
• הבנה של מבני נתונים, תהליכי ETL ומנגנוני העברת מידע.
• יכולת לחקור תקלות מורכבות ולעבוד באופן עצמאי.
• יכולת להבין צרכים עסקיים ולתרגם אותם לפתרונות טכנולוגיים.

Integration, Data & BI Developer

Our Information Systems team at Kibbutz Sasa is looking for an Integration, Data & BI Developer for a key software development role connecting the organization’s systems, data sources, and business processes.

The role combines enterprise integration development with data, analytics, and BI. It includes developing interfaces, improving data quality, building business metrics, and making information accessible through reports and dashboards.

The position is based at Kibbutz Sasa in the Upper Galilee, Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve integrations between enterprise systems.
• Develop integrations using APIs, Web Services, files, database tables, and data-transfer mechanisms.
• Work with Oracle, PLM platforms, and additional enterprise systems.
• Investigate integration failures, perform testing and monitoring, and improve process stability.
• Cleanse, process, and organize data from operational systems.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and business metrics.
• Build queries, views, and data layers for reporting and monitoring.
• Make information accessible to managers and users according to business needs.
• Work closely with vendors, users, and internal Information Systems teams.
• Evaluate and implement advanced BI, analytics, and AI-based solutions.

Requirements

• A relevant degree or professional qualification in software development, Information Systems, data, or a related field.
• Experience developing integrations between systems.
• Experience working with APIs and Web Services.
• Familiarity with Swagger or OpenAPI.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and data-transfer mechanisms.
• Ability to investigate complex technical issues and work independently.
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
