abra professional services is seeking a SQL Server Developer.

We are looking for a skilled SQL Server Developer to develop SQL-based business processes for organizational tasks and projects within an information systems department.

This role requires strong hands-on development skills in a SQL Server environment, including the ability to develop high-quality, efficient, and well-structured database solutions.

A full-time position based in Central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop SQL-based business processes to support organizational projects and operational needs.
  • Develop stored procedures, functions, views, data conversion processes, and database interfaces.
  • Build and maintain integrations between systems and databases using SQL Server and SSIS.
  • Create and maintain indexes, optimize database processes, and support business process implementation.
  • Perform independent unit testing to validate developed solutions and ensure proper functionality.

Requirements:

Professional requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in SQL Server development.
  • Experience developing stored procedures, functions, and views.
  • Experience developing data conversion processes.
  • Experience developing processes and interfaces using SSIS.
  • Experience with integration between systems and databases.
  • Experience creating and maintaining indexes.
  • Familiarity and understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to independently perform unit testing as a sanity check for developed programs.
  • Experience working with AI tools – significant advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand complex specification documents.
