  • Proven experience in embedded software and firmware development.
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++.
  • Hands-on experience with Silicon Labs EFR32 microcontrollers and development environments.
  • Practical experience with Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy stacks.
  • Experience working with RTOS-based and real-time embedded systems.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded communication protocols, including BLE, UART, SPI, and I2C.
  • Experience using debugging and programming tools such as JTAG and SWD.
  • Experience working with Git or another version-control system.
  • Ability to read and understand hardware schematics, component datasheets, and technical specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Advantages
  • Experience with low-power and battery-operated products.
  • Experience taking embedded products from prototype to mass production.
  • Familiarity with bootloaders, OTA firmware updates, and secure firmware development.
  • Experience with automated firmware testing, hardware-in-the-loop testing, or production test tools.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication, RF-related constraints, and embedded security.
