Mertens MalamTeam is hiring an experienced Systems Analyst and Project Manager to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area

Key Responsibilities

Gather and define information system requirements

Write functional and technical specifications software design documents and detailed requirements

Support development documentation and acceptance testing processes

Lead integration and software development projects

Work closely with business and technology stakeholders

Ensure solutions meet organizational needs

Take responsibility for core system projects from initial requirement through production deployment

Provide professional leadership to project teams and manage all project phases

Requirements

6 years of experience in project management systems analysis and writing functional and technical specification documents

At least 5 years of software development experience

At least 4 years of team management experience

Experience building and implementing cross-organizational systems analysis methodologies

Experience leading interfaces processes and integrations between development teams

Proven experience managing projects from the requirements stage through production deployment
