Salesforce Technical Lead
We're looking for a true Salesforce powerhouse – someone who genuinely lives and breathes the platform – to step into a pivotal role as our Salesforce Tech Lead. You will be the central authority and the driving force behind our entire Salesforce CRM ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will fully own the technical lifecycle from end-to-end, ensuring every solution is scalable, well-governed, and built to last. You will actively drive solutioning, validate designs, and steer the technical execution from the front lines.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to join one of Israel’s leading investment houses – a strong, stable organization experiencing immense business growth and tremendous technological momentum.
What you'll do
- Manage and mentor implementers, driving their professional growth, accountability, and alignment with architecture best practices
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to shape, validate, and safeguard scalable solution designs and system architecture across all projects
- Lead the technical execution process from solutioning through to production deployment – owning sprint capacity, technical velocity, work assignments, and configuration quality reviews
- Track metadata and configuration changes across all environments; proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and platform release dependencies
- Drive architecture decisions across integrations, data models, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices
What we're looking for
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience with deep expertise in declarative configuration, platform architecture, and best practices
- 3 years in a Salesforce architecture or senior technical role, with expert-level Flow design skills and proven ability to build secure, scalable frameworks
- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components, and practical experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems
- In-depth understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD pipeline principles for source-driven, automated deployment
- Strong alignment with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, Jira, and cross-functional lifecycle governance
- Highly analytical, self-motivated, and confident navigating complex technical challenges and rapid timeline pivots
- Superb communication skills – able to present complex technical choices clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant academic degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Must)
Nice to have
- Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or any other relevant Salesforce certifications
- Background in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
