DevOps Automation & Release Engineering Specialist | Modi'in

Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a DevOps Automation & Release Engineering Specialist to join a leading organization in Modi'in. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of CI/CD, automation, Release Engineering, and Azure DevOps governance while driving secure, standardized, and scalable software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead CI/CD, automation, Release Engineering, and Azure DevOps governance across the organization

Design, develop, and maintain standardized and secure delivery processes for development teams

Optimize Build, Deployment, and Release pipelines across multiple environments

Develop reusable automation processes and templates

Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle

Automate deployments to Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments

Implement self-service capabilities for development teams

Enhance security, governance, and quality controls across delivery pipelines

Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and best practices

Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Cloud teams

Requirements

At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps in an enterprise environment

Hands-on experience building and maintaining YAML Pipelines

Experience designing and implementing CI/CD processes across DEV, QA, TEST, and PROD environments

Experience building Build, Packaging, Versioning, and Artifact Management processes

Hands-on experience working with AKS and Kubernetes in production environments
