About the role

• Lead AI projects end-to-end: from identifying opportunities to shipping and monitoring in production
• Explore and evaluate solutions across the GenAI/LLM landscape, and turn them into working products
• Design system architecture for AI features, including MCP servers and agentic workflows
• Own the full development lifecycle: experimentation, deployment, maintenance, and production monitoring
• Shape the technology and product direction of a fast-growing startup

About you

• 5+ years as a backend developer/AI engineer/algorithm engineer
• Highly motivated and excited to work at an early-stage company
• Experience working with LLMs in production: prompt engineering, evaluation, RAG, agentic systems (preferred)
• Product-oriented: you quickly translate ideas into working solutions
• Independent and easy-going: you thrive with autonomy and limited oversight
