Jeen is looking for an experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect to join our global Pre-Sales team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers across global markets, helping them design, architect, and implement advanced AI solutions in both Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and On-Premise / Air-Gapped environments.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle - from technical discovery and solution design, through Proof of Concept (POC) execution, to successful deployment and customer adoption.

We're looking for someone with strong architectural expertise, a systems-thinking mindset, business acumen, and the ability to lead customers through complex technical engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, and architecture workshops with Enterprise customers.
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available AI solutions across Cloud and On-Premise environments.
• Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution architecture, technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), solution sizing, and technical documentation.
• Design modern AI architectures utilizing LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Advise customers on architecture best practices, scalability, security, observability, high availability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer implementations.
• Support global enterprise customers throughout deployment, adoption, and ongoing technical engagements.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and enablement sessions for customers and strategic partners.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve the platform.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical best practices and solution architecture standards.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience working with large Enterprise customers – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience designing complex architectures for Enterprise systems.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional international teams - mandatory.
• Strong experience designing solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as On-Premise and Air-Gapped environments - mandatory.
• Experience designing distributed systems, Microservices architectures, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages, including Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise AI platforms or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience deploying On-Premise solutions for Enterprise customers.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Experience with enterprise security technologies, including IAM, SSO, Authentication, and Compliance.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working with global Enterprise organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
