We’re looking for a skilled Digital Development Team Lead to join Phoenix and guide a team of full‑stack developers in delivering high‑impact digital solutions. This role combines hands‑on development with leadership, project ownership, and close collaboration across business and technology teams.

What you’ll do?

• Leading a software development team in a Delivery format, from the planning stage to the delivery of the version.
• Ongoing management of team tasks using ADO, including tracking progress, barriers and prioritizing tasks.
• Performing Code Reviews for developers, ensuring code quality, standards and correct development methodologies
• Leading the team to adopt new technologies, with an emphasis on AI worlds, advanced development tools and continuous improvement of work processes.
• Collaboration with business entities, product managers, architects and other teams in the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience in digital environments
• At least one year of management experience\TECH LEAD
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and agile work routines.
• Ability to perform Code Review and lead professional standards in the team
