We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who will be responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of CI/CD platforms and infrastructure.

This is a full-time hybrid position, located in Petah Tikva.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)

• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and infrastructure issues

• Manage and improve Kubernetes-based CI environments (scaling, isolation, stability)

• Define and track SLIs / SLOs for CI/CD reliabilityMonitor systems using Prometheus / Grafana

• Handle incident response, RCA, and postmortemsDrive improvements in MTTR, uptime, and system performance

• Automate processes using Python / Bash / Groovy

• Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, Infra, and Security teams

Requirements

• Strong experience with Jenkins (must) and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Scripting skills: Python / Bash / Groovy
• Experience debugging CI/CD and infrastructure issues
• Solid Linux and basic networking knowledge
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Preferred:Jenkins at scale (distributed builds, optimization)GitOps (Argo CD), Helm, Kustomize
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus / Grafana)
• Success Metrics:CI pipeline success rate and stability
• System availability (SLO compliance)
• MTTR (incident recovery time)
• Deployment frequency and lead time
• B.Sc. Computer Science / Software Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in CI/CD / DevOps / SREStrong hands-on technical capability
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Ownership mindset and accountability
• Ability to work under production pressure
• Excellent cross-team collaboration
