The turnkey DCV solution supports building structure, shell, and interior and operates seamlessly in the background during construction. It requires no maintenance, training, or manual operation by end users, allowing teams to focus on core project delivery while benefiting from continuous, automated quality assurance.

Role Description The Frontend Team Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role leads a frontend development team in designing, building, and maintaining user-facing features for Siteaware’s DCV platform, ensuring intuitive, reliable, and high-performance interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and reviewing frontend work, mentoring team members, collaborating with product managers and backend engineers, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The Frontend Team Lead is expected to guide architecture decisions, uphold coding standards, participate in customer-focused improvements, and contribute to documentation and training materials that support internal teams and end users.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including react, react native and mobile development.
  • Candidates should possess Software Development skills such as code review, version control, testing, and application performance optimization.
  • Candidates should possess Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service and stakeholder-facing skills to understand user needs and help translate feedback into product enhancements.
  • Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support onboarding, skill development, and best practices within the frontend team.
  • Experience leading or supervising engineering teams, preferably in SaaS or B2B products, is highly beneficial.
  • Background in construction-tech, proptech, or related industries is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
