AIR is developing a unique electrical aircraft (eVTOL) for private, logistics, and defense markets.

With over 3,000 pre-orders for our private AIR ONE and active fulfillment of defense and logistics orders, we are growing rapidly. Our team is expanding as we prepare to extend testing operations with manned and unmanned flights in the US and start  mass production. We are working with top aerospace and automotive subcontractors worldwide.


About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flight Control Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will take part in the development, simulation, validation, and optimization of advanced flight control systems for our next-generation eVTOL aircraft.

In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary environment and play a key role in shaping innovative flight technologies from concept through implementation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design flight control algorithms and system architectures
  • Build, analyze, and validate dynamic aircraft models and simulations
  • Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink models for flight control systems
  • Support system integration, testing, and verification activities
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including aerodynamics, software, systems, and hardware engineers
  • Participate in flight test preparation and performance analysis

  • Requirements

    Must Have

    • B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering
    • 4–6+ years of relevant industry experience
    • Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink

    Advantages
