A leading government organization in Jerusalem is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer to join impactful technology projects in a professional and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

✔ 2 years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation

✔ Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and PSS

✔ Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce, including Flows, Validation Rules,

Permissions, Reports & Dashboards

✔ Experience with data migration tools such as Salesforce Inspector or Data Loader

✔ Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

✔ Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant)

✔ Experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

✔ Experience working with integration tools and technologies (APIs, ETL)

✔ Experience with Titan or OmniStudio

✔ Experience working in Agile environments
