Join the Space Plant and take a leading role in building and deploying Generative AI solutions within one of Israel’s most advanced space and defense organizations.

In this role, you will focus on turning AI capabilities into working solutions that integrate into real organizational systems and engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions across enterprise systems and operational processes

• Develop AI Agents and automation workflows using LLM-based technologies

• Integrate AI capabilities into existing organizational tools and infrastructure

• Work with stakeholders to analyze processes and translate them into AI-driven solutions

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement through AI and data-driven insights

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI use cases from concept to production

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field – mandatory

• M.Sc. – advantage

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI development and implementation – mandatory

• Experience building solutions using LLMs, AI tools, and modern GenAI frameworks – mandatory

• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding copilots / Vibe Coding) – mandatory

• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across technical and business teams
