We're looking for a SAP Team Leader to drive enterprise-wide impact.

In this role, you will lead a team of SAP application experts, oversee critical HR and BW systems, and shape core business processes through cross‑organizational projects, system enhancements, and strategic implementations that support the company’s long‑term operational goals.

What you’ll do?

• Managing and leading a team of SAP application specialists, providing technical solutions to complex challenges.
• Full responsibility for SAP HR and SAP BW systems, as well as operational ownership of organizational non‑SAP systems.
• Ensuring system stability, availability, and quality while aligning solutions with the organization’s business needs.
• Leading cross‑organizational projects, enhancements, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of new projects and SAP system upgrades.
• Managing subcontractors, improving performance, and ensuring adherence to timelines and targets.

What are we looking for?

• At least one year of experience in managing a team within the information systems domain.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP HR or Procurement – a significant advantage.
