Company Description Mentaily is a mental health innovation company using AI and generative AI to expand access to high-quality, data-driven care. Its flagship product, Liv, is an AI-powered Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) that transforms mental health triage, diagnostics, and treatment planning. Liv accelerates psychiatric intake with precise, DSM-5-compliant clinical summaries and advanced, multi-dimensional diagnostic frameworks. The platform delivers personalized, culturally and linguistically adaptable care plans, supports real-time safety assessments, and enables natural patient interactions. Mentaily collaborates with leading organizations such as Sheba Medical Center and Microsoft and has been recognized as a first-place winner in Reboot & Ynet’s Mental Health Initiatives Track.
Role Description As an AI Engineer at Mentaily, you will design, implement, and optimize AI models that power Liv’s clinical decision support capabilities. You will work with neural networks and NLP pipelines to improve psychiatric intake workflows, diagnostic accuracy, and personalized treatment recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include developing scalable software components, integrating machine learning models into production systems, conducting pattern analysis on clinical data, and collaborating with clinicians, data scientists, and product teams. You will contribute to model evaluation, safety and reliability measures, and continuous performance tuning, ensuring that AI features meet regulatory, ethical, and quality standards. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility to work from home part of the time.
