We're looking for an experienced Salesforce professional who wants to build, improve, and shape an enterprise Salesforce environment; not just maintain one.

You'll work closely with business leaders, administrators, and developers to design scalable solutions, simplify complex processes, reduce technical debt, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions used by teams around the world.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, taking ownership, and continually improving systems.

What You'll Do

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and technical architecture.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into simple, maintainable technical solutions.
• Improve existing automation and reduce technical debt.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in solution design and architectural decisions.
• Produce clear technical documentation.
• Mentor administrators and developers while helping establish engineering best practices.
• Work directly with business stakeholders across multiple departments and countries.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of enterprise solution design and Salesforce best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required. Additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring others, or contributing to architecture is a strong advantage.
