abra Cloud is seeking an
AWS Solutions Architect.
We are looking for a skilled AWS Solutions Architect to design, validate, and deliver scalable cloud solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing consulting, helping organizations architect secure, resilient, and cost-effective AWS environments.
This role requires strong AWS architecture experience, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical cloud solutions.
A full-time hybrid position, based in Ra'anana, Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and validate end-to-end AWS architectures aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with customers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Produce architecture deliverables including HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, SOWs, BCPs, and DRPs.
- Perform AWS cost estimations and architecture assessments using tools such as AWS Pricing Calculator and Well-Architected Reviews.
- Support migrations, modernization initiatives, and cloud adoption programs.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and stay up to date with evolving AWS technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in development, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales roles delivering production solutions on AWS or another major public cloud platform.
- Proven hands-on experience designing solutions using AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, CloudFront, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
- Experience preparing AWS cost estimates and conducting architecture validation activities.
- Experience writing technical and commercial documentation, including SOW, HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, BCP, and DRP.
- Coding or scripting experience using technologies such as Python, Node.js, .NET, Java, or Go.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Strong customer-facing capabilities and experience leading technical conversations.
- Self-driven, curious, resourceful, and highly collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have:
- AWS Associate or Professional certifications, with AWS Solutions Architect Professional considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working within an AWS Partner, MSP, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Experience leading Well-Architected Reviews, migration programs, or cloud modernization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English, with strong Hebrew considered an advantage.
