We’re looking for someone who can come in, take ownership, and make things better. Someone who isn’t afraid to challenge existing approaches, introduce new technologies, and drive improvements across infrastructure, security, reliability, and developer productivity.

This is a very hands-on leadership role. We need someone with a leadership mindset who can set direction, raise the bar, drive execution, and help the team make smart technical decisions.

Responsibilities

:● Lead the DevOps function across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, cloud security, and FinOps

.● Own and improve infrastructure reliability, security and scalabilit

y● Build platforms, tooling, and processes that help engineers move faster and spend less time dealing with infrastructure friction

.● Identify opportunities to leverage AI across engineering and operations to automate workflows, reduce manual work, and improve productivity

.● Challenge existing assumptions, introduce new technologies, and drive meaningful improvements across DevOps practices
