We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Digital Department

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as a Head of Digital Department you will Lead and manage a department of approximately 70 employees and managers across multiple technology teams, with full ownership of the organization's core digital platforms, including web, mobile, and customer-facing digital services. Drive large-scale digital initiatives from strategy, planning, and design through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.Oversee development, systems analysis, QA, project management, and maintenance functions while ensuring high standards of delivery, quality, security, scalability, availability, and user experience. Collaborate closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, product teams, data groups, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendors. Lead the adoption of AI technologies throughout the software development lifecycle, promote DevOps, SRE, automation, and modern engineering practices, and manage budgets, roadmaps, resource planning, and organizational priorities. Drive enterprise-wide technological transformation while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading a large Development, Delivery, or IT organization
• Experience managing managers and multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong track record leading large-scale Web and Mobile platforms
• Experience delivering complex, high-traffic digital products and services
• Strong background in delivery management, resource prioritization, and execution
• Broad technological understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations, DevOps, Cloud, and modern software development practices
• Experience working closely with senior executives and business stakeholders

Advantage:

• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in software development and delivery processes
• Familiarity with React, .NET, Azure DevOps, Microservices, Cloud technologies, SRE, and QA Automation
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments
