Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Information Systems Developer & Implementer role based in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining internal information systems that support core business processes such as sales, logistics, service, and finance. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing systems, and developing integrations between platforms and databases. The Information Systems Developer & Implementer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions, document workflows, and train users. The role also includes ongoing system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementing enhancements to support a growing global operation.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Information Systems, including understanding of business processes and system architecture.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data-driven solutions.
  • Experience with system integration, such as APIs, to connect multiple platforms and services.
  • Hands-on experience working with databases, including data modeling and querying (e.g., SQL).
  • Practical experience with coding.
  • Experience implementing and supporting ERP, CRM, or similar business systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide user training.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
  • Fluency in English.
