Role Description This is a full-time AI Integration & Automation Specialist role focused on Make, n8n, and API-based automation. The position is onsite, based in Ramat Gan. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automations that connect Voicenter’s telephony platforms with internal and external systems using Make, n8n, and custom APIs. You will analyze business requirements, map data flows, and build scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Daily activities include creating and testing integrations, monitoring and troubleshooting automation pipelines, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product, operations, and development teams to identify new automation opportunities. You will also document integrations, maintain technical guidelines, and contribute to best practices for secure and reliable data exchange.

Qualifications

  • Strong integration skills, including experience with Make, n8n, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and connecting multiple SaaS and on-premise systems.
  • Solid software development abilities, preferably with scripting or programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Advanced analytical skills for mapping processes, modeling data flows, and translating business requirements into robust automation solutions.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills for diagnosing integration failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies in complex workflows.
  • Clear communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting integrations, and providing user guidance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms or telephony/VoIP environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for APIs, authentication (e.g., OAuth, tokens), and data privacy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
