The right person will become a major part of designing our architecture and building our product. Our main tech stack is Node.js, TypeScript, Terraform, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake and AWS.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js and distributed systems archi
• tecture.Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and drive architectural de
• cisions.Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating strong ownership, rapid execution, and a results-driven
• mindset.Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating scalable microservices-based systems in production, including databases, caching layers, messaging systems, and high-traff
• ic APIs.Proven ability to architect, deploy, and operate production-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), including networking, observability, CI/CD, security best practices, and cost optim
• ization.Experience integrating AI services or LLM-based workflows into production backend
• systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively acros
