Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps & IT Manager role based in Hod HaSharon.

The DevOps & IT Manager will design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure that supports Contguard’s platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting production issues in collaboration with development and data teams. The role will also oversee corporate IT operations, including networks, endpoints, access management, and security controls, as well as vendor management and IT procurement. In addition, the DevOps & IT Manager will define best practices, document processes, lead or mentor technical staff, and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (MS Azure - MUST) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in Linux and Windows system administration, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
• Experience managing corporate IT environments, including endpoints, identity and access management, and SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system reliability and rapid incident response.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
