You will join Intuit’s cybersecurity organization as the Manager of the IDPS (Intuit Data Protection Service) & SDM team. You will be responsible for building and scaling the security and safety guardrails, specifically leveraging Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solutions, to ensure Intuit's data remains safe and enables that vision.

  • Your team will create and bring customer-driven data security software products and DSPM solutions to market that simplify and solve for current data protection needs while building for the future.
  • To accomplish this you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g., Security Specialists, Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, Program Managers, and Development Managers across the org).
  • Manage the operational health and on-call rotations for critical tier 1 services & tier 2, driving excellence in high availability, performance, and proactive incident response readiness.

Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of managerial experience of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Skilled at clearly communicating the product vision and shaping the future roadmap with strong business insight.
  • Strong Back-End expertise, Java - must.
  • Must have strong knowledge of AI, with expertise in classification algorithms.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, DBs, automation tests
  • Experience with Go - preferable
  • Security & cryptography experience - preferable
  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies on a large scale.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills - both in Hebrew and English.
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.
