We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (Developer) Deploy Lead: Drive AI implementation methodologies and standards across Teams. Collaborate with experts, teams, and engineers to ensure consistent, high-quality AI initiatives and build organizational AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI deployment methodology and best practices.

• Guide teams in AI solution design and adoption.

• Serve as the professional Focal point for AI delivery frameworks and tools.

• Facilitate cross-team AI collaboration.

• Build AI playbooks and knowledge assets.

• Provide AI implementation training and coaching.

• Support project execution and risk management.

• Lead AI knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Experience in software development, data, analytics, AI, or related technology domains.

• Basic hands-on experience with Python, APIs, data platforms, cloud technologies, or AI tools.

• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, LLMs, automation, and modern technology architectures.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.

• Project Management experience working with cross-functional development and technology teams

Advantages:

• Experience with AI implementation projects, GenAI solutions, or AI adoption programs.

• Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, Microsoft AI ecosystem, or enterprise data platforms.

• Experience creating training materials, methodologies, or technical standrds.
